Nitayaporn Sithiprasasana (preferred name “Paris Sithi”) Architectural Designer, LEED Green Associate
Paris is an architectural designer. She is a LEED Green Associate, and she has diverse knowledge in architecture, interior design, event & exhibition, and real estate. She earned a bachelor degree in Thailand. She received a Master of Architecture from University of Florida. After a few years of professional experience, she returned to graduate school at Real Estate at Baruch College/CUNY for Master of Science in Real Estate.
Paris is an active explorer who has been experiencing and working in different cultures around the world. She has a full desire and passion to make a better built environment through real estate development. With her precious time as an Ambassador for the World EXPO Milano 2015 in Italy, she became a designer who prioritizes human engagement and experience in her design. This year, she has been involved in MBA of NY Mentor 360 Program. She also has been dedicating herself to be a part of ULI Urban Plan Volunteer. Outside of the office, she is always looking to brush up her Italian skills over food or drinks. You could also find her diving in the Caribbean, hiking on Inca Trail, or surfing in Hawaii.

Matt Hiller is a graduate student at NYUSPS Schack Institute of Real Estate. Matt began his career in Grant Thornton’s Advisory division where he consulted financial institutions & banking clients on their impaired RE credit portfolios. Since entering Schack, he has worked at Alpha Partners Group, where he underwrote multifamily acquisitions & developed value-add strategies. Most recently, Matt is working at ACRES Capital supporting the research & due diligence process for an acquisition of distressed real estate loans portfolios.
Matt has been an active participant in the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York (MBA of NY) since joining the group a year ago.
Michael Fletcher Scholarship Recipient
Gurreri is a commercial real estate paralegal with over 15 years of experience. Her role as a real estate paralegal has provided her with the opportunity to assist on many types of complex CRE & debt investment transactions including the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate portfolios, hotel development, joint ventures and syndications and securitization transactions.
Gurreri has a strong passion for real estate which has led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Real Estate at Fordham University. Additionally, she is an active member of Professional Women in Construction, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and currently serves as a committee member of ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) University Outreach Committee. Upon graduation in May 2021, she aspires to continue to expand her knowledge in the different facets of the industry, develop her network & be a contributing factor in accelerating the advancement of additional women in commercial real estate.

Daanish Lalani will be pursuing his master’s in Real Estate Development at Columbia University in the City of New York this fall. Previously, Daanish graduated from NYU with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He began his career with IBM in their Watson Strategy Consulting practice.
Since, he has worked in asset management, investment banking, and real estate private equity. Upon finishing his master’s degree, he aspires to work at a real estate investment firm combining his interests in real estate finance and development.
His passions outside of work include community service, basketball, and spending time with his family.
