Vincent Nicoletta, Michael Greenberg and Seth Stein founded the law firm of Greenberg Nicoletta & Stein LLP in 2004. Greenberg Nicoletta & Stein LLP is a full-service boutique real estate law firm based in the Grand Central district of Midtown Manhattan. Vincent’s practice focuses upon financings, acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures and office and retail leasing. He represents a wide range of clients, including lenders, institutional investors, landlords, owners and developers. Vincent has served as counsel in numerous transactions, including the purchase and financing of seven federal express facilities in several different states across the country; the construction and development of condominium projects including 137 Duane Street, 15 West 17th Street and 60 Spring Street; the purchase, financing and leasing of major retail and shopping centers across the country; the development of a 300,000 square foot hotel in Midtown, Manhattan; the financing of the Dylan Hotel at 52 East 41st Street by a major New York-based lender; the retail leasing of a prominent commercial bank branch at 299 Park Avenue; and the acquisition and financing of 252 apartment buildings in Fresh Meadows, Queens by a private real estate developer.
Prior to forming Greenberg Nicoletta & Stein, Vincent practiced with Sidley Austin Brown & Wood and Herrick Feinstein in New York.
Vincent received his BS from Cornell University and his JD from St. John’s University School of Law where he received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for scholastic excellence in Real Property Law and served as the notes and comments editor for the St. John’s University International Law Journal. He is the educational chairperson of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York. Vincent is also a member of the American and the New York State Bar Associations.
