Robert Wing Hung Yiu

As the East Coast Credit Manager of Imperial Capital Bank ("ICB"), Robert is responsible for maintaining credit quality in ICB's existing and newly originated Eastern Area loan portfolio. He is a business partner with the Eastern Area Real Estate Division in meeting origination and production objectives and provides deal sorting and structuring. He is a member of Loan Committee that evaluates and approves financing opportunities for the Bank.

Prior to joining ICB, Robert was a Senior Credit Manager with Washington Mutual Bank ("WaMu"). He developed and directed a team of underwriters and analysts dedicated to managing, underwriting and closing interim and permanent multi-family and commercial real estate transactions in the Northeastern United States. Prior to WaMu, Robert was an Account Officer with The Dime Savings Bank of New York, FSB originating commercial real estate loans in the New York Tri-State area.

Mr. Yiu graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Robert was a former banking regulator with the Office of Thrift Supervision.
