Rich is a Managing Director at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. He is responsible for the structuring and securitization of larger complex real estate loans. He is located in Newark, New Jersey.

Rich joined Prudential in May 2000. Previously, he was a Director at Salomon Smith Barney in the Commercial Mortgage Finance Group. Prior to the Travelers/Citicorp merger, Rich was a Managing Director at Citicorp Securities, Inc. where he was responsible for the underwriting, structuring, and securitization of all types of Commercial Mortgage debt products.

Rich is on the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers of New York, a member of the Strategic Initiatives Committee of the CMSA and is a past president of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the New Jersey Young Mortgage Bankers Committee. Rich is also on the Board of Trustees of Aljira, a non profit center for Contemporary Art in Newark, NJ.

He received his MBA and BS from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Rich also holds securities licenses 7, 63 and 24.
