Michael J. Hurley, Jr. is a partner at the law firm of Cassin Cassin & Joseph LLP, based in New York, New York.

Michael has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance representing commercial lenders in various financing transactions including bridge loans, mezzanine loans, construction loans, and loans intended for securitization or sale in the secondary mortgage market. Michael regularly handles commercial transactions encompassing sales and acquisitions of real property and equity interests, and formation of entities for acquisition, ownership, development, operation and/or management of real property.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance in 1992 from Providence College and his JD from Fordham University School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice in New York, and is a member of the American Bar Association; New York State Bar Association (Member, Real Property Law Section); Community Bankers Association of New York State (Mortgage and Real Estate Finance Committee) and is the Vice President of Mortgage Bankers Association of New York. In addition, Michael volunteers for numerous charitable not-for-profits and is the Chairman and President of Board of Directors of the YMCA of White Plains.
