Mike is a Senior Credit Banker in the Real Estate Banking Group of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., having joined in September 2008. Previously, Mike was a First Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group of Washington Mutual (“WaMu”), responsible for the origination and closing of term, construction and bridge loans secured by commercial and multi-family properties in the Northeastern United States. Prior to joining WaMu, Mike spent 11 years at The Dime Savings Bank of New York where he was first involved in portfolio and problem asset management including workouts, restructures and foreclosures before returning to commercial mortgage loan origination. Before Dime, Mike spent 7 years at The Bowery Savings Bank where he was recruited from college as a management trainee and over time rose to Vice President specializing in multi-family and commercial real estate origination in the New York Metropolitan area.
Mike is a 1983 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Fordham University. He also attended The Real Estate Institute at New York University. In addition to serving as Treasurer of the MBA of NY, he has previously contributed to the organization as Co-Chair of the Golf Outing. Mike is also a member of RELA, the ICSC, RENT and volunteers as an alumni mentor at Fordham University.
Mike, his wife Adrienne and their two sons Andrew and Justin, reside in Rockland County, New York.
