Metropolitan Symposium

The Mortgage Bankers Association of New York Scholarship Foundation has worked closely with New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, The Real Estate Institute, for the past 10 years, presenting Seminars to benefit scholarships awarded by its Foundation. The proceeds benefit students enrolled in real estate related programs @ NYU, Columbia, Baruch, Pace, Cooper Union, & the Mechanic's Institute. In 2004 its Chairman Lawrence Longua, and Vice Chair Marilyn Brown, initiated a Metropolitan Symposium held annually in the Fall benefiting the Fund! Originally it was held @ NYU's West 4th St. Campus. This year our 2007 Metropolitan Symposium held on October 31st, moved to the Harvard Club. It was a resounding success!
