Prior to joining CBRE Investors in 2010, Ms. Sin was a Director in the Structured Finance Team at Newmark Knight Frank from 2008 to 2009. From 2006 to 2008, Ms. Sin was a First Vice President in the large loan group at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance. From 2001 to 2006, Ms. Sin was a Vice President at Metropolitan Funding Corporation, a privately held FHA originations firm. Prior to beginning her career in real estate finance, Ms. Sin was a law clerk, pro bono coordinator and legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom LLP.
Ms. Sin holds a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and B.A. degree from Dickinson College
