Ji Won Sin joined the Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group's Structured Finance Team as a Director, in 2008, and is responsible for arranging capital solutions for new and existing clients.

Ms. Sin has 8 years of commercial real estate experience with Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance and Metropolitan Funding Corporation in both securitized financing and agency financing. She has closed over $1.4 billion in conduit, mezzanine, bridge and agency financing transactions from $2 to $200 million, secured by office, retail, warehouse, self-storage and hotel properties located throughout the United States. Prior to beginning her career in real estate finance, Ms. Sin was a law clerk, pro bono coordinator and legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, where she received a Distinguished ProBono Public Service Award.

Ms. Sin has a BA from Dickinson College and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Sin is an admitted New York Attorney and holds a New York Real Estate Salesperson License.
