Jim serves as Senior Vice President of KeyBank Real Estate Capital in New York where he is responsible for originating commercial real estate financings for existing and prospective customers of the bank. Previously, Jim held senior positions in commercial real estate finance with HSBC, Washington Mutual and the Dime Savings Bank of New York. Earlier in his career, Jim held positions in real estate finance with Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Union Dime Savings Bank. Jim is a graduate of Georgetown University and is an active alumnus. He is also involved with several local charities on Long Island. Jim served as President of the MBA of NY from 2000-02 and has been a member of the Board of Governors since 2006.
