"When Will Commercial Real Estate Financing Return,
and What Will It Look Like, and Why?"

Our speakers will discuss trends in the commercial real estate financing marketplace, where they see the market going in the next couple of years, and why. What has to happen for lenders of all types to feel comfortable again providing debt for real estate investors and developers? Is there a future for securitization? If so, how will it look different going forward? Our speakers will also discuss some deal structures they are seeing today for handling loan maturities, defaults, and capital requirements, including techniques to recapitalize properties and bring in new equity investment to prevent default. We will allow some time for Q&A.
