Doug Rutley opened MidFirst Bank's New York City office in September 2005. Over his 25 year career in commercial real estate lending, he has provided construction and permanent loan financing for projects located throughout the Northeast and Mid Atlantic United States. Prior to joining MidFirst, Doug spent the majority of his career as a senior loan originator for Washington Mutual/Dime Savings Bank of New York and Chase Manhattan Bank. In addition he has also originated loans for PNC Bank and LaSalle Bank.
Utilizing his long term relationships with real estate owners, brokers and banks, Doug is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans and managing the New York office for MidFirst.
Currently a board member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York (MBA), Doug is also a member of a number of professional organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and Real Estate Network Trust (RENT).
Doug earned a bachelors degree in business from the University of Richmond and completed the Real Estate Diploma Program at New York University.
